Job summary

Straight & Narrow is seeking a CADC/LCADC credentialed counselor to join our residential, outpatient, and community programs. You will deliver individual, group, and family counseling, develop treatment plans, and coordinate case management for a diverse caseload.

The role requires adherence to licensing standards and documentation guidelines, with regular MDT participation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. We offer growth opportunities and a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have licensure or certification as CADC/LCADC where applicable.
• Experience with DMHAS/ASAM requirements is preferred.
• Knowledge of EHR policies and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family counseling per program.
• Conduct didactics, treatment planning and case management.
• Maintain client charts per DMHAS/CARF guidelines and agency policy.
• Attend MDT meetings and supervision sessions as scheduled.
• Provide referrals to health, psychiatric and social services as needed.
• Ensure timely documentation and CQI participation.
• Assist with crisis intervention as situations arise.
