Job summary

The Co-Manager will monitor service times, train crew for prompt customer response, and uphold standards across cleanliness, quality, and procedures, helping advance daily goals and store performance.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Standing for long periods of time without a break.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Hires, trains and terminates crew members to ensure adequate coverage.
• Trains crew in new products and in initial position skills.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures product availability.
• Maintains store cleanliness and follows safety procedures.
• Mentors crewmembers and provides consistent crew communication.
• Maintains security of cash, product and equipment during shifts.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules.
