Job summary

True Religion is seeking a Co Manager at Ontario Mills in CA to partner with the Store Manager and drive sales, payroll, shrink, and profitability while leading shifts and delivering a customer-focused experience.

You will coach associates, plan staffing, uphold visual and brand standards, and protect assets. The role emphasizes talent development and execution of company initiatives daily.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role within fashion
• Ability to drive or support store KPIs including sales and shrink
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience supporting visual merchandising standards and inventory management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail systems

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPIs and profitability with ownership during Store Manager coverage
• Lead as a Manager on Duty, set expectations, and maintain a customer-focused environment
• Coach and develop associates to improve performance and engagement
• Plan staffing, scheduling, and daily workload based on traffic patterns
• Protect company assets and address issues in partnership with Loss Prevention
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing internal talent
• Deliver excellent customer experiences by modeling brand-selling culture
• Uphold policies, payroll controls, and standards consistently
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory integrity
• Complete other tasks as needed
