Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Saint Louis, MO seeks an experienced leader to supervise and develop management and hourly associates. You will oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties while upholding policy, safety, and quality standards.

You will help drive financial performance, member service, and merchandise presentation across the facility. Minimum qualifications include 2 years in retail management or related field, with preferred Big Box merchandising experience.

• Experience in budgeting and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety controls and quality assurance reviews.
• Assist in directing the management team to maintain confidentiality and proper documentation.
• Drive member service excellence, merchandising and price integrity in the facility.
