Job summary

Tilly's, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive a fun, upbeat environment focused on customer experience.

You will be involved in selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, and maintaining visual standards across the store, with opportunities for growth as you assume increasing levels of responsibility. This is a full-time position. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k and health coverage.

As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. You will accomplish this by assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the Store, including selling, hiring and training, scheduling and payroll, visual standards, and so much more! Hourly Salary Range: $20.50 - $22.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
