Building Blocks Child Care Center, Inc. is hiring a Co-Lead Toddler Teacher for ages 1-2.5 years in Pullman, WA. The role emphasizes developing and leading a developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervising staff, and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

• Must demonstrate strong understanding of child development and behavior management.
• Ability to plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong organization and leadership in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Lead daily routines and manage classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Lead and coach assistant teachers and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Early Achievers standards.
• Document and communicate with families regularly.
