Hutch Kids Child Care Center in Seattle is seeking an experienced Co-Lead Teacher for the 3's/4's classroom. You will collaborate with a co-lead and an assistant to create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment and implement an emergent, child-centered curriculum.

Strong candidates have at least an AA in Early Childhood Education (or be pursuing it) and a minimum of 2 years of teaching young children.

Qualifications

• AA in Early Childhood Education or pursuing degree.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with young children.
• Must have or be able to obtain DCYF background check.
• Must have current First Aid/CPR and Blood-borne pathogen certificates.
• Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan & implement emergent, interest-based curriculum.
• Observe & document children's development.
• Plan & conduct parent-teacher conferences three times a year.
• Write daily emails to families updating on classroom curriculum & activities
