EWOR GmbH invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups under a funded Fellowship program. You will be directly employed by EWOR and receive hands-on mentorship from unicorn founders, plus access to a vast network of peers and investors to accelerate growth and fundraising.

You will build in collaboration with experienced founders, with strong emphasis on achieving product-market-fit and successful multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as B2B.
• Embark on a personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive networked hiring support from our ecosystem of 50,000+ professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for fundraising.
• Iterate your product with our team to reach product-market-fit.
