EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups. Fellows receive salary while building their venture or up to 500k in funding, plus weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a global founder network.

Participants benefit from extensive coaching, hiring support through the EWOR network, and a pathway to multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months. Based in Europe or the Americas, relocation is possible.

Responsabilidades

• Own, build, and run a startup in domains such as AI.
• Engage in a customised personal development journey with unicorn founders.
• Leverage EWOR's network to hire and scale teams across 50,000 professionals.
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare for raising millions in funding.
• Iterate product with EWOR until product-market-fit is achieved and build a sales/marketing engine.
