Job summary

TimeXmart is seeking a Third Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to scale our AI-native ecosystem for individual value creation and IP monetization. The founder-led team, with ivy league alumni in the core, has secured seed capital and built a robust agent infrastructure.

You will lead strategic execution, partner development, and investor relations to drive the company toward its Stage 1 launch and beyond.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Management, Marketing, Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, or investor relations.
• Strong Operations Management experience overseeing cross-functional teams, processes, and performance in a growing organization.
• Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting long-term vision, defining objectives, and executing roadmaps.
• Track record of success in Sales leadership, business development, and partnership growth in technology or platform-based businesses.
• Experience leading early-stage or high-growth companies, preferably in AI, digital platforms, or marketplaces.
• Inclusive leadership style with excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate closely with core teams and board members.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field is beneficial, or equivalent executive-level experience.

The AI infrastructure layer is mature. Automated Agent workflows are becoming commoditized. Large enterprises are "distilling" human labor- capturing physical and cognitive behavioral data to train embodied AI models, leading to a massive wave of layoffs and a crisis of individual identity. But where centralized corporations see a cost-cutting tool, we see the ultimate catalyst for the rise of Solopreneurs, Hyper-Individual IP, and the Sovereign Creator Economy.

At TimeXmart, we are not building another generic wrapper. We are building an AI-native ecosystem that empowers individuals to reclaim their value, exchange skills, and scale personal IP matrices in an automated world.

We are ~85% complete with our Stage 1 launch (way beyond a simple MVP). Founded in August 2025, our founding team (Cornell, NYU Stern, CMU alumni) has personally backed the company with over $100K. We have a robust proprietary Agent infrastructure, an end-to-end service model, and access to the industry’s most capable models.

We have the tech, the infrastructure, and the capital commitment. Now, we need our Third Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to scale this vision to the world.

Who You Are:

• The Operator & Strategist: You have a proven track record of managing companies, scaling products, leading teams, or navigating early-stage fundraising ($0 to $1M+).
• The AI Native: You deeply understand the mechanics of AI, AI agents, AI-native services, and the shift from central databases to agentic ecosystems.
• The Builder Mindset: You possess a founder's hacker spirit. You don't wait for permission; you execute, iterate, and win.
• The IP Visionary: You understand how individual, company, and product IP strategies intersect in 2026.
• The Operator: You have U.S. status/residency to facilitate core company operations, strategic business development, and U.S.-based investor relations.
