LUUK | Co-Founder Wanted for Fast-Fashion DTC Beauty Brand in USA Market
We are Landy — a global manufacturing powerhouse with 26 years of expertise in product design and supply chain execution, serving top-tier retailers across North America and Europe with personal care and beauty products. Now, we are launching a bold new chapter: LUUK, a fast-fashion DTC beauty brand built for young consumers in North America. This is a strategic leap from B2B to DTC, from manufacturer to brand creator.
We’re not looking for just an operator. We’re seeking a true co-founder — someone with vision, grit, and the passion to build something from the ground up.
If you possess the following capabilities, we invite you to join us:
• Deep understanding of North American consumer trends and cultural landscape, able to lead go-to-market strategies
• Strong channel connections across beauty boutiques, lifestyle retailers, and new consumption platforms
• Proven skills in social media brand building, familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and content resonance
• Experience in KOL/KOC influencer marketing, with access to North American creators and agencies preferred
• Ability to independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (FB/Google/TikTok) with strong data orientation
• Familiarity with the full cross-border DTC supply chain, including logistics, fulfillment, payments, and customer service
• Hands-on experience running Shopify or other independent ecommerce stores, with expertise in traffic conversion and retention
• Operational knowledge of Amazon and TikTok Shop, including internal tools, promotions, and sales strategies
• Access to or experience in live streaming commerce and MCN/KOL partnerships to drive storytelling and sales
