Qualifications

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 3–5 years of experience in academic support, bar preparation, or law teaching.
  • Experience teaching or coaching legal analysis, exam writing, or bar-tested subjects.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive academic success and bar preparation program.
  • Develop and teach NextGen-aligned bar preparation courses and workshops.
  • Monitor NCBE guidance and adapt programming for the NextGen transition.
  • Identify at-risk students and design data-informed interventions and coaching plans.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and oversee budgets for the program.
  • Track and report bar passage outcomes and program metrics to the Dean's Office.
