Golden Goose in Houston The Woodlands seeks a passionate talent to build customer experience through co-creation of GG products. You will join a team focused on connecting with clients, shaping unique items that reflect identity and brand values.

The role blends creative craft with retail duties, including sales, inventory support, and loyalty activities, reporting to the Store Manager. Availability for varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language; additional languages a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Artistic drawing, painting, embroidery or related skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using a variety of drawing techniques per guidelines.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, maintaining brand storytelling.
• Play a proactive role in sales, aiming to meet business goals via cross-selling and upselling; assist with inventory and loyalty efforts.
• Act as a Sales Associate when not co-creating (floor selling, pre/post sales, stockroom, client outreach).
• Register customers on the Golden App for effective segmentation.
• Maintain the co-creation area in good condition per visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
