Golden Goose in St. Louis Plaza Frontenac is seeking a passionate Store Sales & Co-creation specialist to enhance our customer experience. You will work on the floor and in the co-creation area, transforming client ideas into unique GG items while upholding brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy required.
• Artistic drawing and basic sewing skills preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in local language; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing/illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a unique in-store co-creation experience.
• Assist with sales on the floor and post-sale activities, inventory and loyalty programs.
• Register customers on Golden App for segmentation.
• Maintain the co-creation area per visual merchandising standards.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing and health & safety.
• Use IT and digital tools to enhance engagement.
