Job summary

Baptist Health in the greater Miami area is seeking a Patient Services Representative to retrieve and provide patient results to requesting physician practices. You will deliver service excellence to all callers and address their needs or concerns while complying with HIPAA standards.

Excellent data entry, medical terminology familiarity, and communication skills are essential. Bilingual ability is highly preferred.

Estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.94 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Additional Qualifications

• Significant customer service and/or call center environment experience.
• Medical terminology preferred (written and oral).
• Bilingual highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Data entry skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high call volume call center.
