We also require part-time weekend home care aides, should full-time not meet your requirements.

Job Summary:

The Home Care Aide (HCA) provides clients with personal care and homemaker/companion services according to an established plan of care, enabling clients to remain in their residences.

Essential Functions:

1. Personal Care:
   • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane), change of position, toileting, commode, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance.
2. Companion/Sitter/Household Management:
   • Provide companionship and respite services for family.
   • Perform homemaking activities including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.
3. Medication Services:
   • Assist with medications that the client self-administers.
