Job summary

Medpace is seeking candidates with PhDs and/or Post-Doctoral Research experience related to CNS/Neuroscience for a full-time, office-based Associate Clinical Trial Manager in Cincinnati, OH.

The aCTM works with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers in clinical trial management, applying analytical and academic skills to project administration and management, with an intensive training path and an accelerated career track.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences.
• Expertise related to CNS/Neuroscience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic industry within an international team.
• Prior experience within CRO/pharma is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager.
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with high accuracy.
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports in the CTM system.
• Interact with internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight of the internal regulatory filing system.
