Job summary

Medpace is seeking PhDs or post-doctoral researchers with CNS/Neuroscience expertise for a full-time, office-based Associate Clinical Trial Manager position in our Dallas, TX office. The aCTM will join the Clinical Trial Management team and collaborate with Project Coordinators and CTMs to manage clinical trials.

This is an excellent entry point for recent PhD graduates to enter the industry, receive solid training in a global environment, and develop a career in cutting-edge therapeutics

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences or related field; post-doctoral research experience desirable.
• Ability to transfer analytical and academic skills to clinical project administration and management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities with project coordinators and CTMs.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks with high accuracy.
• Maintain project-status reports in the CTM system.
• Interact with study sites, sponsors, and vendors.
• Oversee regulatory filings and study supplies; create timelines and minutes.
