Job summary

Medpace is seeking an Associates Clinical Trial Manager (aCTM) for our Clinical Trial Management team. PhDs or Post-Doctoral researchers with metabolic research focus will join full-time, office-based work in Cincinnati. You will support project coordination and management, applying analytical and academic skills to clinical administration.

Recent PhD graduates can expect intensive training, international exposure, and a fast track into CTM roles within a dynamic CRO environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Sciences required.
• Fluency in English with solid presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team.
• CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate globally with project coordinators and clinical trial managers.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of recurring tasks.
• Maintain project status reports in the CTM system.
• Interact with sponsor sites and third-party vendors.
• Provide oversight of internal regulatory filing system.
• Oversee study supplies and timelines.
• Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
