Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona seeks a Master’s-prepared Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The CNS will advance evidence-based practice, improve patient outcomes, and support quality and practice excellence across specialty areas.

The role requires CNS focus, RN and APRN-CNS licensure, BLS certification, and flexible scheduling. Relocation may be available; TN sponsorship is offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing with a CNS focus.
• Experience as a CNS preferred.
• RN license in applicable states; APRN-CNS license where required.
• BLS certification maintained and current.

Responsibilities

• Lead with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice.
• Improve patient outcomes and support quality and practice excellence across specialty areas.
• Serve as clinical expert and nursing leader within three spheres of influence.
