Mayo Clinic Arizona invites Master’s-prepared Clinical Nurse Specialists to apply for opportunities as CNS-APRNs. Qualifications

• Master's degree with a major in nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialist focus.
• Experience as a CNS preferred.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and CNS workload.
• Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree preferred.
• Five years of successful work experience in nursing with two years in the specialty area preferred.
• As a condition of employment, individuals working with addictions services must be free from problematic substance use for a minimum of the immediately preceding two years at time of hire.
• PCU or Critical Care background required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical expert and nursing leader, partnering with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice, improve patient outcomes, and support quality and practice excellence across specialty areas.
• The CNS functions as a leader within the spheres of influence (Patient/Client, Nurses and Nursing Practice, Organization/System) and participates in the nursing leadership team.
• Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
• This CNS role is eligible for TN sponsorship and requires state licensure and VisaScreen or equivalent certification.
