Responsibilities include leading education, research, and interprofessional collaboration while aligning with OU Health values, and ensuring FPPE/OPPE and credentialing requirements are met. Candidates should have MSN and Oklahoma CNS/APRN credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing; MSN required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in the CNS role.
• 3 years of progressive leadership experience required.
• APRN-CNS license in Oklahoma; prescriptive authority within 30 days.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with OAP leadership, physician leaders, and nursing leaders to advance CNS practice.
• Lead education, research, and interprofessional initiatives across OU Health.
• Oversee FPPE/OPPE requirements and proctoring as needed.
• Support strategic initiatives for the Office for Advanced Practice.
• Coordinate hiring/orientation of CNS and related staff.
• Maintain compliance with OU Health values and professional standards.
