ManTech is seeking a motivated CNO Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role involves building and refining capabilities for cyberspace operations and collaborating with researchers to operationalize vulnerabilities.

The candidate will write, test, and maintain code across cloud and traditional environments, with emphasis on OPSEC protections and robust deployment. Candidates should have strong C/C++, Rust, or Go skills and experience in scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• 3+ years software development, offensive/defensive cyberspace ops.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Rust, or Go.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Familiar with OPSEC considerations in capability development.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom cyberspace capabilities from requirements.
• Write, test, and maintain code for tools and automation.
• Collaborate with researchers to weaponize vulnerabilities.
• Ensure deployment reliability across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Refactor legacy capabilities per feedback.
• Document functionality, usage, and OPSEC considerations.
• Participate in readiness exercises and demonstrations.
