Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Computer Network Operations Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on designing, developing, documenting, testing, and maintaining CNO capabilities, with emphasis on secure network standards and effective leadership communication.

The candidate will lead technical efforts, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership and customers to ensure transparent progress and robust operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming
• Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming

Responsibilities

• Leads the designing, developing, documenting, testing, debugging and maintenance of hardware or software based CNO capabilities
• Ensure effective communication coordination and transparency with leadership and customers
• Responsible for ensuring software standards meet network and security requirements
• Supervising and mentoring subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff
