Job summary

CyberPoint International is seeking a CNO Reverse Engineer Level 2 to perform advanced software reverse engineering and vulnerability research in support of mission-driven cyber operations. The role emphasizes Windows software reverse engineering, kernel and driver-level analysis, with some Linux work.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in C/C++ and Assembly, hands-on Windows kernel and driver development experience, and holds an active TS/SCI+FSP security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in reverse engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Assembly, C, and C++.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic reverse engineering of Windows software, kernel components and device drivers.
• Conduct malware and low-level system analysis to determine functionality and identify vulnerabilities.
• Perform vulnerability research aligned to CNO mission objectives.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits, patches or instrumentation based on reverse engineering findings.
• Develop and analyze software in C, C++, Python and Assembly.
• Support Windows and Linux kernel or driver development efforts.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to enable advanced offensive cyber capabilities.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, briefings and demonstrations of findings.
• Maintain awareness of current technical trends within the cybersecurity and offensive research community.
