Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of hospital experience.
• Minimum 2 years in nursing management.
• Director-level nursing leadership preferred; SNF-experienced candidates considered if hospital experience exists.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing operations, clinical standards, staffing and patient‑care delivery across the hospital.
• Develop nursing managers, supervisors, and other clinical leaders.
• Collaborate with the CEO, HR Director, and senior leadership.
• Maintain staffing coverage based on census and acuity.
• Support quality, infection‑control, education, and regulatory initiatives.
• Lead Joint Commission readiness and hospital compliance.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen night‑shift supervisory coverage.
