Job summary

A Texas hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee clinical and nursing services, supervise staff, and ensure quality of care meets professional standards. The CNO will plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing programs, policies and services, promoting a team approach to patient care and aligning operations with organizational goals.

The role requires a Texas RN license, a bachelor’s degree in nursing (master’s preferred), and at least three years in direct patient care with management

Qualifications

Registered Nurse licensed in Texas or eligible.
Minimum of three years in direct patient care and three years in management.
Experience coordinating nursing programs and policy development.
