Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks an experienced CNO - Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded software for Linux environments. The role involves code reviews and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required; sponsorship for clearance is not offered. Ten years of embedded development experience are required, with substitutions as described.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years’ experience as an embedded developer; substitution rules apply (4 extra years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree).
• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may substitute for two years of experience.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, or RTOS (e.g., VxWorks, uC/OS) is required.

Description

Design, develop, debug, and modify embedded software. Participate in code reviews and work as part of a larger team to develop embedded software products. Create and maintain documentation on developed software and techniques. Develop and maintain support software for interfacing with developed embedded software. Conduct developer testing and integration testing for all developed software.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Ten (10) years’ experience as an embedded developer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Four (4) years of additional embedded developer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of relevant experience.
