Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks a mid-level Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer to design, develop, and test software capabilities for national security missions. You will work with a small team of developers, reverse engineers, and vulnerability researchers to build reliable tools across diverse network environments.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining capabilities; low-level Windows and cross-platform development in C/C++, Python, and assembly;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant software development experience.
• 2) Strong C/C++ skills with grounding in memory management, concurrency, and performance tuning in production code.
• 3) Deep Windows internals knowledge including Win32/NT API, processes and threads, virtual memory, synchronization, and I/O subsystem.
• 4) Hands‑on low-level Windows development such as kernel‑mode or user‑mode driver work.
• 5) Comfortable with Windows debugging tools including WinDbg, Visual Studio debugger, and Sysinternals.
• 6) Experience writing secure code and tracking down memory corruption, race conditions, and crashes from dump files.
• 7) Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for tool development and automation.
• 8) Familiarity with reverse engineering tools such as IDA Pro, Ghidra, and GDB.
• 9) Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and common network protocols.
• 10) Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software capabilities used in computer network operations.
• 1) Perform low-level software development in C/C++, Python, and/or Assembly for Windows, Linux, and/or embedded targets.
• 2) Analyze target systems and network architectures to identify technical requirements and constraints for capability development.
• 3) Collaborate with vulnerability researchers and reverse engineers to integrate exploits and achieve reliable code execution.
• 4) Develop and maintain command-and-control (C2) communication protocols and produce clear technical documentation.
