Job summary

The Swift Group seeks a CNO Analyst/Programmer in Annapolis Junction, MD to design, implement, and maintain software and CNO tools across mission-critical operations.

You will develop networked applications in C/C++, Java, and Python, conduct design reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure security, reliability, and performance. US citizenship and an active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing and maintaining CNO tool solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or network engineering preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• US citizenship and an active security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software using Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and Python.
• Design and implement data flows and tasking frameworks for CNO tools.
• Conduct design, code, and readiness reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
• Present and communicate technical updates and ensure thorough project documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and security standards are met.
• Build and debug network-level applications using sockets programming.
• Expertise in IP, TCP, and application-layer protocols for optimization.
• Support integration, testing, and deployment of operational systems.
