Job summary

AEITS, Inc. a GTSC Company is seeking CNO Analyst Programmers (Levels 1 and 2) to design, develop, test, and deploy cyber network operations tools. The roles span mid-level to senior-level responsibilities, with final level placement based on experience, expertise, and leadership ability.

Clearance required: Top Secret SCI with an approved CCA polygraph. Compensation includes Level I: $161-174k and Level II: $194-209k. Hybrid/onsite work options and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with one or more programming languages: C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Assembly.
• Experience developing in Windows, UNIX/Linux, or embedded environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes, including design reviews and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions supporting CNO missions.
• Develop applications in Windows (.NET/Visual Studio), UNIX/Linux, and embedded or mobile platforms.
• Program using languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, or Assembly.
• Support and/or lead end-to-end data flow design and tasking for CNO tools.
• Participate in or lead software design, code, and readiness reviews in accordance with established development processes.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and briefings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-driven capabilities.
• Lead design and development for complex CNO solutions.
• Direct technical efforts and guide junior developers.
• Drive architecture decisions aligned with mission requirements.
• Serve as technical lead including customer interaction and solution delivery.
