Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNM experience.
• Must have managed at least 25 deliveries in the past two years.
• Licensed and able to practice in Texas.
• Collaborative CNM group model at a hospital-based setting.
• Patient-centered, evidence-based midwifery care.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope care prenatal through postpartum.
• Attend and support births, including labor management and cesarean sections.
• Conduct well-woman and gynecologic care across the lifespan.
• Collaborate with OBGYNs and specialists for high-risk cases.
• Educate patients to support informed healthcare decisions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
