What You'll Do

• Provide full-scope care to patients-from prenatal through postpartum
• Attend and support births, including labor management, vaginal deliveries, and first-assist cesarean sections
• Conduct well-woman and gynecologic care across the lifespan
• Collaborate closely with OBGYNs, perinatologists, and other specialists for high-risk cases
• Educate and empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and midwifery program development
