Job summary
Heartland Women’s Healthcare in Marion, IL seeks a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our OB/GYN practice with hospital privileges at SIH Memorial Hospital. The role entails full-scope midwifery care, antepartum through postpartum, in a supportive team environment with excellent work-life balance and no weekend or overnight duties.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in nursing with a midwifery specialization.
- Active RN license and CNM certification (AMCB).
- Illinois license preferred; DEA and CDS preferred.
- 2+ years experience as CNM or Labor and Delivery nurse preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope nurse-midwifery services including antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care and family planning.
- Maintain productivity to meet annual client encounter targets.
- Participate in interdisciplinary teams and contribute to annual health care plans.
- Perform history and physicals for new and returning clients.
- Order/interpret diagnostics and monitor maternal-fetal status during labor.
- Provide postpartum care and support for parents after delivery.
