CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities which automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision making.
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve network and/or domain user trouble calls.
- Perform activation or reactivation of telecom services.
- Support creation, recreation, and troubleshooting of user domain accounts, including SIPRNet and NIPRNet accounts, and review/approve related forms.
- Support implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of user SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops.
- Support acquisition, implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data encryptors.
- Support implementation, installation, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) endpoints and provide VTC support, including meeting setup and troubleshooting.
- Support installation, maintenance, and upgrade of cable infrastructure such as fiber optic and Ethernet cables.
- Support installation, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of telephones, including VoSIP.
- Support application, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of domain-connected user computing platforms.
- Assist with the application, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of printers, scanners, fax machines, and other office systems.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of security policies for user domain computing platforms.
- Develop and perform site surveys to determine user support requirements.
- Develop cost estimates for user requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Train users on supported systems as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Active DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- A current DoD IT 8570 Level II compliant certification, such as Security+, CAP, CASP, CCSK, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- A high school diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related fields, or a graduate degree with 4 years of experience, or a doctorate with 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Salary range: $55,549.42 to $92,583.07, based on experience and qualifications.
