Atmos Energy Corporation is seeking an outdoor-focused technician to ensure safe transportation and delivery of CNG while monitoring pressures and maintaining equipment. The role requires a high school diploma and related field experience, with CDL-HazMat and CNG certifications preferred.

Travel and on-call duties are common. You will perform preventive maintenance, operate steel-transport fleets, and complete documentation for projects and gas usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years in natural gas construction/maintenance or service; or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with internal/external customers about various subjects.
• Ability to utilize company internet/intranet resources for data entry and retrieval tasks.
• Requires physical capability including lifting up to 53 pounds and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assures safe transportation and delivery of CNG to required facilities.
• Closely monitors gas delivery pressure using gauges and regulators during operations.
• Ensures correct size/type/model of regulation equipment is available before delivery.
• Safely operates compression equipment per manufacturer requirements.
• Safely operates fleet vehicles in all weather and road conditions.
• Performs general maintenance and troubleshooting for station and fleet equipment support.
• Completes required documentation and reporting for projects and gas usage.
• Responsible for refueling fleet equipment at mobile and stationary sites.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections of fleet-related equipment.
