Job summary

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a CNG Class A Truck Mechanic at our Bloomington, CA location. You will perform intermediate to advanced repairs on heavy-duty trucks, with a focus on CNG fuel systems, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with Class A trucks, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety. CDL is preferred; ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience servicing Class A trucks or heavy-duty fleet equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty vehicle mechanical systems.
• Experience with CNG-powered vehicles and CNG fuel systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate to advanced mechanical repairs and maintenance on Class A trucks and heavy-duty fleet equipment.
• Diagnose and repair CNG-powered Class A trucks and related vehicle systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil and filter changes, fluid inspections, lubrication, and brake/suspension checks.
• Inspect and service CNG fuel systems and components per safety requirements.
• Document repairs and labor in work orders or maintenance systems.
