Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC woodworking equipment and perform setup for production runs.
• Safely load/unload wood components and raw materials.
• Read blueprints and production documents to guide operations.
• Change tooling, adjust fixtures, and select programs for runs.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality and production standards.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report malfunctions or material defects.
• Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and collaborate with team members.
