Qualifications

• Two year associates degree preferred
• Background in woodworking field preferred
• Proven experience as a CNC operator preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform a variety of tasks
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand specifications
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machines
• Load raw materials and parts onto machines
• Run tests to ensure outputs meet specifications
• Set machines for full cycles to fabricate parts
• Supervise and adjust machines to improve results
• Inspect finished products for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain machinery daily for optimum functionality
