Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking skilled CNC wire forming Set-up/Operator for 1st shift (7am-3pm) or 2nd shift (3pm-1am). Starting at $21/hr, the role requires basic blueprint reading and a strong work ethic to meet quality and delivery standards.

• Setup, operate and adjust mechanical and manual wire forming equipment.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other tasks as needed.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1st shift: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm
2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3pm-1am

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup, program, operate and adjust CNC controlled steel wire forming equipment.
• Setup, operate and adjust mechanical and manual steel wire forming equipment.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge and understanding of steel wire forming characteristics.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
• Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.

THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Previous experience with CNC and manual wire forming equipment.
• Previous experience with AIM wire formers and Fanuc controls.
• A certificate from college or technical school is a plus.
