Job summary

Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing in Germantown, WI, seeks a detail-oriented CNC Wire Forming Set-up / Operator for 1st shift (7am–3pm). You will set up, program and run CNC and manual wire forming equipment, ensure quality, and support cross-training across shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, blueprints literacy, and a can-do attitude. We offer competitive pay starting at $21/hour, benefits, and opportunities to grow with our expanding metal fabrication operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
• Must possess a positive, "can do" attitude.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, operate and adjust CNC controlled steel wire forming equipment.
• Set up, operate and adjust mechanical and manual steel wire forming equipment.
• Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary.
• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
• Strong work ethic.
