Spherion Staffing, LLC in Carnesville, GA is hiring motivated CNC Machine Operators (Turret Press Operator) to join a growing manufacturing facility. This role offers long-term stability, skill development and room for advancement.

You will read blueprints, set up tooling, operate the turret press, and inspect parts for tolerances. Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No degree required; 1–4 years of experience preferred; Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC turret press experience required.
• Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Ability to read measurements, use calipers, and perform basic shop math.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new processes and grow with a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC turret press to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Set up machines, adjust tooling, and perform basic machine maintenance.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
