Job summary

Graham Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Turret Lathe Operator to work from blueprints and specifications, set up and program a CNC lathe, and use precision measuring tools. This second shift includes four 10-hour shifts with a $3.00/hour differential.

The role requires 2+ years CNC Turret Lathe experience, knowledge of GD&T, and the ability to read drawings and follow procedures. Overtime and some travel may be required as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Technical trades school training in machining or metal trades.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years CNC Turret Lathe experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up work piece and determine tooling needed from drawings, specifications and manuals.
• Visually inspect machined parts for conformance to drawings and QA requirements.
• Manually deburr and polish various parts.
• Conduct in-process inspections using scales, calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices.
• Read blueprints and work instructions; follow safety policies.
