HSM Careers seeks a qualified operator at the Hickory Metal Plant to set up, run, and monitor CNC tube laser operations. You will load programs, adjust settings, and perform first-piece through final inspections with precision tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with CNC, tube laser, or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documents is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC tube laser cutting equipment.
• Load machine programs and adjust settings for various materials and production requirements.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
• Safely load raw materials and unload finished components.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, machine cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Identify quality concerns and work with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
