Stillwell Inc. is seeking a dependable Tube Laser Operator for 1st shift in Cleburne, TX. You will set up and operate CNC tube laser equipment, read blueprints, and ensure accurate cuts while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and manufacturing drawings to determine cut specs.
• Maintain mechanical accuracy and inspect parts to spec.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC tube laser equipment with programmed jobs.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and job instructions to guide production.
• Load/unload tubing safely and optimize production throughput.
• Monitor, adjust, and verify cut quality and tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts for dimensions and quality compliance.
• Document production and quality records per procedures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate issues to supervisors or engineering as needed.
