Job summary

Pinewood Tool Corporation is seeking a hands‑on CNC Machinist to join our precision shop in Wisconsin. You will program at the control, set up your own jobs, and inspect parts from blueprint to finished piece, ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with CNC mills and lathes on small-batch tooling, read GD&T drawings, and hold tight tolerances while collaborating with a team that values ownership and continuous improvement. Competitive salary and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of toolroom or short‑run CNC machining experience.
• Comfortable programming at the control (mills and/or lathes).
• Strong blueprint reading and applied GD&T knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances in a small‑batch environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable, and team‑minded — a fit for our culture of ownership, attention to detail, continuous improvement, and teamwork

CNC Machinist — Pinewood Tool Corporation

Pinewood Tool is a precision machine shop serving manufacturers that demand exceptional quality, responsive service, and tight tolerances. We make precision tooling, wear and perishable tooling, and critical machined components using CNC milling, turning, grinding, and EDM.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes ownership of their parts from blueprint to finished piece — programming, setting up your own jobs, and inspecting your work in process.
