Job summary

Marvin Composites, LLC. is seeking a Tool and Die Maker in Fargo, ND to setup and operate CNC equipment in a climate-controlled department.

You will work with state-of-the-art machinery to produce precision dies and tooling, while supporting production with timely repairs and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires 2+ years in Tool & Die or CNC Machining or a related technical degree (Precision Machining Technology preferred).

Qualifications

• Two+ years in Tool & Die/CNC Machining or a related technical degree
• Experience operating CNC mill or surface grinder
• Ability to train and mentor teammates
• Mechanical/technical proficiency with CNC equipment

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture tooling
• Inspect, maintain, and repair machining equipment and dies
• Create and edit programs on controls for high-end tooling
• Support production with timely repairs and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality, delivery, and minimal waste
