Job summary

Marvin Composites is hiring a Tool and Die Maker in Fargo, ND. You will set up and operate CNC equipment, program and run mills, wire EDMs, and surface grinders to manufacture and modify precision tooling. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker or CNC Machinist or a related role.
• Technical degree such as Precision Machining Technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment in a climate-controlled department.
• Program and operate CNC mills, wire EDMs, and surface grinders to manufacture dies and tooling.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair machining equipment to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Create and edit programs on controls to produce high-end tooling.
• Support production through timely repairs and continuous improvement initiatives.
