Job summary

Eddie Kane Steel Products in Ohio is seeking a full-time CNC Thread Rolling Operator to set up and run thread rolling equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.

You will troubleshoot, document results, follow 5S and safety policies, and work a Mon-Thu 2:00pm–12:30am shift in a family-owned environment. Experience with SPC software and measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNC experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate all thread rolling equipment.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines for control.
• Read blueprints and work orders.
• Inspect produced parts with gauging instruments.
• Maintain 5S and safety policies.
• Document all related records daily.
