Kennametal Inc. in Orwell, OH is seeking a CNC Operator I to run multiple machines and deliver parts to blueprint specs. This full-time role supports a 3rd shift schedule, Sunday through Thursday, 11pm to 7am, with a $3/hr shift premium.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, loading and unloading, inspecting parts, and maintaining tooling. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred. Safety and quality are paramount.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• 2 year technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multiple machines.
• Computer controlled setup using the HMI to adjust programs or machines.
• Load and off-load product from multiple machines.
• Gage product to ensure proper dimensions.
• Inspect samples using inspection tools and record results.
• Maintain tooling used in machines.
• Train new operators when required.
• Troubleshoot quality and machine issues.
